Galway and the Burren
In the morning we had time to sightsee and shop in Galway.

Then we went to The Burren, a unique and weird landscape carved by nature from limestone, where John Connolly of Burren Wild led us on an interesting walk on some of his Burren land.

Here we had our farewell dinner and last chance to socialize.![]()

The next morning we went to nearby Shannon Airport for return flights home or for some, the beginning of their own exploration of Ireland.
