Florence 1
October 1-6, 2005
Sunday October 1 - Thursday October 6 After driving to Florence from San Gimingnano we checked in to our hotel, Orto de'Medici. We were quite surprised to find that our suitcase had been delivered! Finally we had some clothes to change into. In the rain we went to the Galleria dell'Accademia to see David. We spent the next several gray and rainy days hopping between the rain drops and being mostly indoors seeing the art and wonders of Florence. One night we had a wonderful dinner with Walley and Judith. |
